Time is always taken to make sure that your policy is up to date and accurate, and that all the perks you are entitled to, such as multi car discounts, multi policy discounts, and driving record credits are applied in a timely fashion. In addition, Liberty Mutual goes above and beyond by looking beyond the standard reductions, and go so far as to offer discounts for various magazine subscriptions, memberships, employment, financial institutions, and much more.
In the past, I’ve have dealt with rather discourteous representatives at other insurance companies who never really seemed to give me the time of day. After one phone call, I’d have a migraine and wonder why I kept with them. About 4 years ago, I decided that I had had enough and asked family members who they preferred. I was baffled to learn that I was unaware that nearly two thirds of my family had Liberty Mutual. I immediately started researching my options. I have never been happier with an insurance company. Their representatives are never anything but polite, courteous, and pleasant to converse with.
When buying a new car or starting a new lease, Liberty Mutual is there every step of the way to assist. I recently had the opportunity to do both in the span of six months, and both transactions were processed more smoothly than any other time I had bought a vehicle. I was referred to my local office which was conveniently located less than 15 minutes from my home. At the time, I was finalizing a divorce and working on my name change. My representative assisted me every step of the way to make sure the right last name was reflected on all of my policies.
At the time that I leased my most current vehicle, I went thru the list of magazines and banks I was affiliated with to make sure I was receiving the lowest rate possible. Approximately a month later, I was rewarded by Liberty Mutual for having a membership to the local wholesale warehouse. By having this membership, I saved an additional $10 off of my auto policy per month, which in this economy is quite a bit.
Everyone dreads having or being involved in an accident. I myself am no exception. Shortly after associating myself with Liberty Mutual, one of my vehicles was involved in a minor accident where it was rear ended by an elderly woman. The bumper of the vehicle was crushed and needed replacing. Not once between the time of the accident and picking up the car after the repair work was completed did I have a worry as Liberty Mutual took care of everything for me, including setting up car rentals.
Liberty Mutual also takes the time to keep busy clients such as myself informed on the latest automobile law changes, and always sends at the very least a quarterly magazine out with helpful hints and tips for keeping your vehicle sound and safe. I rely heavily on them to keep me informed on the local law and insurance changes that are taking place.
